Amount of conversations and frequency are up to you. My minimal score is 1 conversation (!), maximum is 11 conversations (in the duration of a year). It depends on you and your question. A conversation takes an hour to 5 quarters. With my preparation before and afterward it takes me 2 hours averagely. You can also phone or mail in between, that's free. I am a trained coach with a lot of experience. I am using 'transactional analyses' (based on the different layers of communication - 'transactions' - between people) and systemic working (seeing the question as part of the system - family or organization - not only individual).
