Although we assume the best in all our users, but we know that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. If you’re not happy with an exchange, try and sort it out directly with your exchange partner - sometimes all it takes is a friendly email. Hey, we’re only human after all. But if you feel you’ve been ‘properly mugged off’ (British reality-TV speak for feeling a fool because someone took advantage of you) then it’s also possible to leave a bad reference. But who wants one of those? (Not us! No, seriously, we’re super lovely). Check out this new feature - and remember, play nice!
