Wine tasting: 17:30 – 19:00 1.5 Timebank hours + 3 euros (this is an indication, price in H depends on total participants) .
Dinner: 19:00 – 22:00 Dinner will be served for 1,00 Timebank Hour + 4,00 euro (costs for ingredients and electrical and gas costs to keep the space running).

As autumn approaches, it’s time for feasting and fun! Get ready for an Italian and Sardinian taste explosion with Chef Franco Donati, who’ll be serving up fresh ravioli and ricotta master Liselotte, with Sassarese-style eggplants, topped off with tasty tiramisu – delicioso! This month we’re also teaming up with one of our Timebankers Mark van Duijn Wijnen to offer a pre-meal wine tasting session. Don’t know your Merlot from your Malbec? Learn from an expert, and try some delicious wines at this special event.

VOLKSKEUKEN is a food initiative based on community exchange. The restaurant is lead by passionate chef, Liselotte, and her dedicated team of Timebankers. Together they form one of the most impressive restaurant initiatives in The Hague. The kitchen operates on hard work and self-reliance, changing the way restaurants are normally viewed. VOLKSKEUKEN encourages people to be more hands on in the development of communties, by supporting local projects and hosting affordable events designed for everyone.

Dinner will be served with water and tea, but feel free to bring additional beverages
