Réunion de travail / Work session – n°2

Si les “réunions d’information” sont là pour présenter le projet Timebank.cc, sa philosophie et son fonctionnement, les “réunion projet(s)” sont là pour le faire avancer.

En un mot, on met sur la table les volets du projet sur lesquels on veut travailler et tous ceux qui connaissent déjà un peu le projet sont invités à participer.
On se bloque une après-midi, et chacun reste le temps qu’il veut/peut.
On se retrouve, on discute des différents point et tous celles et ceux qui ont une idée et/ou de la motivation pour prendre en charge une partie du travail deviennent acteurs à part entière du projet Timebank.cc (et reçoivent des heures, pour leur contribution).

Ceux qui ont envie de simplement venir voir ce qu’il se passe, écouter et discuter avec d’autres membres sont tout aussi à leur place que les autres.

Pour cette 2e réunion, les thèmes à aborder seront :

– finalisation, impression et distribution du flyer
– partenariats asbl
– vidéo tuto pour l’utilisation du site www.timebank.cc
– atelier lessive

et tout autre thème qu’il vous semblerait bon d’aborder.

If “information meetings” are meant to present Timebank.cc project,  its philosophy and how it works, “project(s) meetings” are here to get things done.

In a nutshell, we then bring up all the parts of the project we’d like to work on and all the ones who already know a little about Timebank.cc are welcome to join and participate.
We set an afternoon aside, and everyone stays as long as they want/can.
We come together again, talk about these different parts and all the ones who have an idea and/or feel ready for being in charge of some work then become part of  Timebank.cc active team (and receive hours in exchange for their contribution)

The ones who just want to stop by and check what’s going on, listen or talk with other members are just as welcome as everyone else.

For this 2nd meeting the points we’d like to approach are :

– final editting, printing and distributing BXL’s flyer
–  asbl partnerships
– video tutorial for www.timebank.cc website
– diy washing powder workshop

and every other topic you’d like to approach.
